R. Robbins Custom Built 1911 45 acp

 

This pistol is an R. Robbins Custom built full size 1911 45 acp with a black slide with lowered and flared ejection port and a hand fit barrel bushing. It has a full length two piece guide rod. The match barrel is stainless steel. The frame is an RIA with satin electroless nickel finish.  The pistol features an upswept high grip safety, commander style skeleton hammer, and a checkered 1911 (flat) style main spring housing.  The sights are NOVAK carry/tactical rear sight with a NOVAK dovetailed front sight. The trigger is a 3-hole long aluminum trigger with adjustable stop screw. The grips shown are fully checkered black and red G10 with blued grip screws. This pistol has been test fired only since the build.
